Bill Gustafson started with College Town Siding in 1982 and worked out of the Bridgewater MA area for 40 years. He began as the shop technician servicing glass and screen repair. He graduated to field technician then lead carpenter then project manager and eventually owner in 2008.

He is married to Michele and has two daughters, Emma and Lily.

Bob LaPierre started in the siding business in 1977 working for P & T Siding as a helper and eventual lead carpenter. He started RA LaPierre construction in 1983 and has worked non-stop for 36 years building a strong reputation in the Brockton/Easton area of MA.

He is married to Andrea and has two daughters, Samantha and Jessica.
